Water is the main component of all tissues and organs.
Tears, saliva and sweat contain water.
The human body is 60-70% water: The part that contains the most water, 99.7% is the ocular vitreous, 75% of the composition of the brain is water, 80% of the composition of blood cells is water, the less water is in the teeth, 2% water.
The daily need for water depends on human mass, effort and climate.
A man can live at least three days without water.
What roles does water play in the body?
Water is a vital element of the human body, which is why proper hydration should not be influenced by the activities you undertake at certain times of the day. Thus, you need to constantly hydrate, as water is important for the body from the following points of view:

contributes to ensuring a healthy digestion;
